Shipping, Returns & Lifetime Warranty
Our products are shipped through either UPS, USPS or Fedex. We are entrusting a third party to deliver your item in a timely fashion. Once the package leaves our facility, it is now the responsibility of said third to deliver your package.
Orders placed after 3pm will be sent out the next day.
If you would like to require signature for delivery, please call us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for that option.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Due to problems of Covid-19, As of now we are sending out international orders through UPS only. It is possible you may need to pay extra fees when your package is going through custom clearance.
Manhattan Wholesale Importers Inc offers a lifetime warranty against defects in material and workmanship of leather products from the original date of purchase for the life of the item. This includes Stitching, Buckles, Snaps on leather jackets, vests, chaps, and gloves. Manhattan Wholesale Importers Inc will replace the item if after inspection the garment is deemed to be not in conformance with our standards. The warranty is limited to the repair of the parts and the necessary labor and services to repair the item. If the item after inspection is deemed non-repairable, Manhattan Wholesale Importers Inc will replace the item or if item is discontinued or not available, an item of equal value at FMC discretion.
‘Normal or Heavy wear of the item does not fall under the warranty”. Leather will last a long time if properly taken care of. If the hide is not cared for your leather garment can break down and fail.
Contact us at email@example.com, give a description of the item and what has happened. You will receive an email with a RA# and shipping instructions.
After the repair no other expense will be incurred by you.
This warranty does not cover changes to the color of the leather/textile, scratches, tears, or other damage caused by normal wear and tear, accident damage or improper care or cleaning.
Please remove all patches and pins before returning a garment. We will not be responsible for damage to any customization made by the purchaser.

Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number within 30 days of purchase. Item must be in original package and have tags attached with a copy of your receipt.
You will receive a RA# and return address. Allow 5-7 business days to process you return.
All custom vests are handmade. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed on custom items. Double check your size before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
International returns are not available at this time
